Super Bowl LIV - An Economic Snapshot

The Super Bowl is one of the most watched sporting events each year. It is estimated that 149 million spectators will tune in to view the big match between the San Francisco 49'ers and the Kansas City Chiefs. 

Although the viewership for this match is predominantly domestic, the fact remains that the NFL is making great strides to expand the interest of American football at a worldwide level. 

Only the UEFA Champions League Final attracts more viewers on a yearly basis (excluding years that host a World Cup, European Championshps and Olympic Games).
